  • Turn silver dial to desired number and apply. You may need to work the brush to get the first flow going. “O” indicates the CLOSED sign. Keep arrow set at CLOSED when not in use. You may adjust the powder amount by rotating the arrow to “I” or “II” or “III” if desired. To close and apply outer cap, always turn dial back to “O” position. Pull the protection sleeve up over the hair first and then firmly snap on outer cap. Important: Always close cap tightly and avoid loosening this when turning dial. Bottom cap should not be held when turning dial.
