Start with clean skin. Carefully unfold the sheet mask and smooth over the face, adjusting around the eyes + mouth.
Leave on according to package directions. Remove and discard, then gently press the remaining essence into the face, neck + décolleté until absorbed. Do not rinse.
Follow with moisturizer as desired.
For an extra cooling experience, store the unopened mask in the refrigerator before use.
